A stranded hut made of straw and wood,
Stood in a dark & deserted neighborhood.
Knocks a man in black, said "Let me in"
But the landlady said "Black is forbidden!"
With utmost grace,
She slamed the door on his face.
Another knock, same man but now dressed in white.
Stood uptight, anticipating the lady's invite.
Lady opened the door, called him in.
Embraced him, like as if her kin.
The befuddled man thought,
"Black or white how does it matter?
Man being same, why only white is acceptable??"
"Beeeeeeeep" went the alarm tone and i woke up.
Later when I revisited the blurred dream, one thing I could materialize.
That hut was symbolic of one's own MIND.
A message from the masters I got,
It's important that I filter my thoughts.
Black being negative, should be forbidden,
& pure white thoughts should be embraced.
A dismal failure of liberated mankind,
Is that we have become, slaves of our own minds.
Like a vulnerable horse, we gallop.
The jockey, mighty mind, rides.
Need of the hour; Take the charge!!
You hold the halter tight, let mind put blinkers on.
A small exercise is must for all,
When some negative thought strikes, take a halt.
Shut your mind, create a vacuum inside,
And then switch to thinking something nice.
Something that always makes you smile.
Physically fit, you all must
But being mentally fit, is foremost!!
